Honors Ronald Trisch,director of Leipzig International Film Festival for Documentary and Animation Films (1973-1990). When the Festival opened a window for the Arab documentary cinema to look upon the world, and participate its events

A selection from Arabic Films Awarded in Leipzig Festival.

1- Away From Home /Syria,1969 /11 min. Director: Kais Al Zubaidy.

 Synopsis: Sebena camp for Palestinian refugee since 1967, close to Damascus, the film is about life inside the camp and the hopes and dreams of the Palestinian children.

 2. Four Glorious Days/Egypt,1964/25 min. Director: Salah El Tohamy.

 Synopsis: Picture of four glorious days in May, 1964, where the Egyptian man defeat the nature.

 3. Palestine Children/Palestine,1978/16 min. Directors: Samir Nemr, Monica Mawerd .

 Synopsis: Children who are the victims of the Israeli colonization where the Palestinian Revolution is supporting them.

 4. Rafah Trilogy /Egypt,1983/17 min. Director: Hossam Ali .

 Synopsis: Rafah city on the Egyptian-Israeli borders, where the Zionist enemy is practicing its Brutality.
